melt a half cup of peanut butter pour it in a bowl put to much coconut flour in with the peanut butter freeze the mix for 20 mins then shape them into cookies and freeze them over night after that time to eat sugar free cookies

mix strawberries and Oreo cream and a tiny bit of oreo wafer

crazy cow was in his bed when he woke up out of a nightmare he ran and got the almond butter and noticed it did not really happen he walked to school and saw a llama it spit on crazy cow and crazy cow went crazy he tried to keep it cool and it failed the llama bullied crazy cow and crazy cow ran around screaming and could not keep it cool in class llama teased crazy cow the teacher did not notice but when crazy cow ran around screaming she said KEEP IT COOL crazy cow sat down and she explained that all he needed to do was come to a teacher and it work forever the end come back for more fun stuff

of course it was Saturday crazy cow was tired then it hit him he remember he had promised to his dad he would make cards for valentines day he drew and drew and he made the best for his parents and he made cards for everyone the end
